OUR CUISINE AND LOCATION
The cuisine of Nuova Sabrina offers a choice of menu with varied and delicious dishes that satisfy all palates: fresh and carefully selected products to guarantee delicious sea and land dishes respecting the Tuscan and Mediterranean tradition with a contemporary touch, but also vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free selections. AIC certificates. We are committed to offering an ad hoc service for those intolerant/allergic to gluten by choosing from the daily menu we propose. We use certified gluten-free artisans for products dedicated to breakfast, fresh pasta and desserts.

From 08.00 to 10.30, in the summer months on the panoramic terrace, with a continental buffet adapted to local traditions, also embracing tastes from all over the world.

Dalle ore 12.30 alle ore 13.30 nella sala interna a piano terra. Nei mesi estivi proponiamo un ricco buffet self service accompagnato ogni giorno da un piatto caldo a fantasia dello Chef, servito direttamente dal nostro personale di sala, in modo da offrirvi orari più versatili e maggiore libertà di scelta.
